With a master's degree, I started as an account manager in industry and IT before turning to recruitment, a field that combines my passion for human relations and my interest in technology.

I joined one of the largest IT recruitment agencies in North America, progressing from recruiter to associate director, and managed recruitments for various sectors such as aerospace, banking, and video games.

In 2023, I successfully launched a recruitment practice focused on delivering exceptional service quality, addressing the unique needs of our clients, from startups to large corporations.
